Keychain Education Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Keychain Education website ("Website"). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. Ownership of Content
   All educational content, lesson plans, resources, and downloadable materials ("Materials") available on the Website are the intellectual property of Keychain Education Ltd. ("Keychain"). All rights are reserved unless explicitly granted under these Terms.

2. Subscription and Trial Period
   a. Users may access the Website under a paid subscription model.
   b. Each new user or institution is entitled to a one-time, 14-day free trial. After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription.
   c. Trial access is limited to the same rights and restrictions as a paid subscription unless otherwise noted.

3. Permitted Use
   a. Materials may only be downloaded, used, and shared internally within the subscribing educational institution (e.g., among staff within one school or organization).
   b. Materials may be used solely for educational purposes during the active term of the subscription.
   c. Materials must not be shared externally, including on public forums, social media, or with non-subscribing parties.

4. Restrictions
   a. You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, sublicense, or publicly display any Materials outside the subscribing institution.
   b. You may not use the Website or its content for any commercial or non-educational purpose.
   c. You may not attempt to copy, scrape, or otherwise extract large quantities of data from the Website.

5. Account Responsibility
   You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify Keychain immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

6. Termination
   Keychain reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Website at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, all rights to use the Materials immediately cease.

7. Changes to Terms
   Keychain may modify these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Effective Date". Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
   The Website and all Materials are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Keychain disclaims all implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability
   Keychain shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Website or its content.

10. Governing Law
    These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.
